More and more is coming into season and it is so exciting to be able to share new produce with you. This week, I harvested my shallots, and Denise, of Our Green Acres in Page Springs, has harvested enough for all of you as well. Plums are also dripping from the trees. I’ve been making plum fruit leather all week just trying to keep up with my neighbor’s two trees. Enjoy your smaller portion of plums this week. They are such a treat this time of year!
